Cave Entrance

Our adventure took us to Cuetzalan on January 5th 2007. 182km north of Puebla, in the midts of mountains, Cuetzalan is a small and isolated colonial town that boasts of its spectacular view. We journeyed into one of the caves, and all the perspiration from the climbing paid off, as we were treated with a breath-taking of a natural cave, which was fortunately still relatively untainted, considering that many of the famous caves around the world are flocked by hordes of tourists. In this picture, the dust in the air reveal the path of the light rays that illuminate the entrance of the cave. Coupled with the trickles of water that sneak in, this picture captures all the essential elements of nature that make life possible.
